You must notify us immediately at support@ytrejection.help if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
2.4 One Account Per User
Each user may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, bans, or pricing structures is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.
3. Permitted Use of the Platform
3.1 License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

3.3 Educational Purpose
All Content and Sessions are provided strictly for educational purposes. Nothing on the Platform constitutes professional financial, legal, investment, or tax advice. Crypto yield farming and related topics are covered for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on information obtained through the Platform.
4. Learning Sessions
4.1 Group Sessions
Group sessions are delivered to multiple participants simultaneously. Scheduling, capacity limits, and session formats are determined at our discretion. Enrollment in a group session does not guarantee individual attention from an Instructor beyond what is reasonably possible in a group context.
4.2 Individual Sessions
Private one-on-one sessions may be booked subject to Instructor availability. Session duration, frequency, and pricing are specified at the time of booking. You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session fee, unless otherwise stated in the booking terms.
4.3 Session Conduct
During live sessions, you agree to behave respectfully toward Instructors and fellow participants. Disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the session without refund and may lead to account suspension.
4.4 Recording
You may not record, capture, or redistribute any live session without explicit written consent from the Company and the relevant Instructor. Unauthorized recording is a material breach of these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Company Ownership
All Content, trademarks, logos, course structures, software, and design elements on the Platform are the exclusive property of Ytrejection or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
5.2 User-Generated Content
If you submit any content to the Platform, including forum posts, assignments, or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purposes of operating and improving the Platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.
5.3 Feedback
Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback you provide regarding the Platform may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.
6. Payments and Billing
6.1 Fees
Certain features, courses, and sessions require payment. All applicable fees are displayed prior to purchase. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice posted on the Platform.
6.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
6.3 Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies arising from your use of the Platform, beyond any taxes we are required to collect and remit by applicable law.
6.4 Refunds
Refund eligibility varies by product type:

To request a refund, contact support@ytrejection.help with your order details.
7. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
If you purchase a subscription plan, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. We will provide advance notice of any material changes to subscription pricing.
8. Third-Party Services and Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. These are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party service. Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review it carefully.
10. Disclaimers
10.1 No Warranty
The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or harmful components.
10.2 Educational Information Only
Content related to crypto yield farming, decentralized finance, and related topics is provided for general educational purposes only. We make no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of such Content for any particular purpose. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and speculative. Past educational examples do not predict future outcomes.
10.3 Instructor Representations
Instructors on the Platform are independent educators. Their views and opinions expressed during sessions do not necessarily represent the official position of Ytrejection. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any information provided by Instructors.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ytrejection, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or financial losses resulting from decisions made based on Platform Content.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ytrejection and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Modifications to the Platform and Terms
13.1 Platform Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform.
13.2 Terms Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Termination
14.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@ytrejection.help or through your account settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid, except as described in Section 6.4.
14.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users, Instructors, or the Company. Upon termination, your license to use the Platform ceases immediately.
14.3 Survival
Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive, will remain in effect after termination.
15. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact us at support@ytrejection.help to seek an informal resolution. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter within 30 days. If informal resolution is not achieved, the parties may pursue any remedies available under applicable law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings arising under these Terms shall be conducted in a competent court of appropriate jurisdiction.
